Phyllis Prior-Boardman BEM BSc(Hons) CIHCM

Chief Executive and Founder

Phyllis is a British Empire Medalist for services to energy efficiency with 30 years’ experience in social housing. She has worked alongside DECC and other policy makers to shape UK Green Policy. Phyllis has a passion for promoting green growth as an Ambassador for SMEs. She sits on Government Fora with industry leaders and has been instrumental in supporting the SME sector.

Tom Prior

Tom Prior

Commercial Director

Tom has 40 years experience as a QS in Construction. He looks after all the payment schedules to installers and goes the extra mile to ensure they are paid when due. Tom, together with a national bank, devised a system alternate to factoring, the first of its kind in the UK, allowing early payments at low cost to keep cash flowing into the supply chain. Tom has been instrumental in a number of industry feedback sessions to policy makers.

Operations Director

Stuart has 18 years of experience in IT since retiring from the British Forces in mid 90’s. As Level 3 TM44 qualified and with experience in service delivery, Stuart has many skills gained through dealing with small SME’s through to large multi-national companies. Stuart uses his skills to nurture and grow our installer base. Stuart sits on DECC’s ECO Steering Group and industry’s Energy Control Partnership to look at the future of energy.

Account Manager

Melissa has a BA in English and Linguistics. She is an expert in compliance management and the technical monitoring of ECO. Her small team turned over £5m of ECO in just 12 weeks early 2014, which was an unprecedented achievement! The team is closely involved with our network of installers, and with the various DECC and other ECO work-groups.

Accounting Apprentice

Jordan is our Apprentice in carbon scoring currently gaining practical experience towards achieving an accounting qualification. Jordan is supporting our accounts processes and systems while completing his business studies curriculum, as well as applying his talent for tackling complex problems in other aspects of the business.
